Fair Housing Protections & the Covid-19 Fact Sheet

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Center is working to better understand and address any fair housing impacts of this public health emergency. We hope the information and resources below are helpful to renters, home owners, housing providers, social service providers, and other community organizations, as we all work to address the pandemic.

State & Federal Fair Housing Laws in Covid-19 Public Health Crisis

The Connecticut Fair Housing Center has been getting calls from people and social service providers about whether fair housing laws apply to people who may be infected with Covid-19 or people who are otherwise affected.
